Leyre is our Chief Growth Officer at asistensi. As part of this role, she is responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategies to optimize all the stages of the digital marketing funnel, from acquisition to customer relationship, conversion, and retention.

From the moment she joined asistensi, she had the challenge to build from the ground up and lead a world-class Growth team. Their joint endeavor is to accelerate our international expansion, with two key goals: to win and maintain new customers across all channels and to grow revenue.

Prior to this, Leyre was Head of Web Performance & Online Customer Acquisition for Western European Markets at Liberty Mutual, the sixth-largest property and casualty insurer in the United States, and the second fastest-growing in Spain for the auto insurance product.

Previously, Leyre was Head of Digital Origination at EVO Banco. She led the team responsible for accelerating the business growth, digitalizing the entire process of attracting and acquiring new customers, and becoming one of the first banks in Spain to offer a full online onboarding experience when opening a bank account or applying for a mortgage.

She started her career as a digital expert in 2008. During her first 9 years of experience, Leyre has led performance marketing teams in diverse digital agencies based in Madrid and London. During her time in the UK, she was responsible for multi-million global accounts, such as Shell, SEAT, Procter & Gamble, and IBM.

She is also a mother of two, a French cheese lover, and an eternal student. She dedicates her free time to study a major degree in Bachelor of Laws with a specialization in law applied to technological innovation.
