Wayne is the President of DGM Financial Group providing leadership and guidance to the team as well as the overall business development and strategic direction of the company.

Wayne has significant experience in the International Financial Sector providing advice and direction to clients. He has significant regulatory experience and advises many insurance companies and international banks.

Wayne has written many articles and has spoken at various conferences related to the International Business Sector.
