As part of our goal to build a growth platform for people, we have developed career plans and performance management tools.
In asistensi, employee progression is articulated through levels. We have established 12 levels of career progression that determine a clear growth path for everyone.
The required performance to increase a level is part of every performance evaluation. This ultimately determines value proposition, compensation, and responsibility.

Office-flex work philosophy
We acknowledge our team's need for increased flexibility, efficiency, and purposeful work. But we cannot overlook the urge of balancing the attention our customers need, the required direct interaction to work collaboratively, and our career development and growth.
To this end, we have developed our office-flex work philosophy. We have designed three types of arrangements:
- Office: teams whose roles include exposure to customers or collaborative work, need to have a 100% on-site work policy. Our Sales, Medical, and Customer Service teams, and some people with ad-hoc support and administrative functions, are included in this work model.
- Office-flex: teams with specialized roles, whose work is mostly asynchronous, and based on deliverables instead of schedules, can benefit from up to 5 days of remote work per month. Our Marketing and Growth teams, and some people with ad-hoc support and administrative functions, are included in this work model.
- Remote plus: teams whose work is mostly asynchronous, and based on deliverables instead of schedules, can benefit from a fully remote work model (but some positions will go one or two days to the office). Our Tech, Miami, and Dubai teams are included in this work model.
